Custom work falls into two categories:
Color requests - If you love a piece in the shop but wish it came in a different color, ask.
Original designs - If you have an idea for something that doesn’t exist yet, describe it, and I’ll tell you what bringing it to life could look like.
I typically work in laser-cut and laser-engraved acrylic and wood, hand-painted wood, resin, beadwork, and UV-printed designs. Hair accessories and mixed media pieces are also possible. If you have a medium in mind, tell me on the form. If not, I’ll suggest one.
I don’t take every request, but I do take the ones that feel like the right fit.

I’ll reach out directly, usually within a few days, to let you know whether I can take on your project.
For a color request, we’ll sort out colors, size, timeline, and price together, then I’ll send one invoice for the full amount.
For an original design, I’ll first invoice a flat $15 design fee, which will be credited toward your final cost. Once it’s paid, we’ll work out the design, colors, size, timeline, and price together. When everything is settled, I’ll invoice the remaining balance.
I’ll begin making your piece once the final invoice is paid.
Your piece will ship packaged like any Rainbow Charlie order, with tracking.
