We want you to absolutely love what you ordered, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
📦 Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, simply send us a message with your order number and the reason for the return. If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ll request a photo so we can make it right.
We offer exchanges or can issue you store credit in the form of a gift card.
🚚 Return Shipping
If your item arrived damaged or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping and send you a prepaid shipping label. Just send us a message detailing the issue to get started.
If you’ve changed your mind or no longer want the item, that’s okay too. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, and we’ll process your return/exchange once the item is returned in its original condition.
Note: Buyers are responsible for any loss in value if returned items are not in original condition.
