📦 Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, send me a message with your order number and the reason for the return.
If your piece arrived damaged or isn't what you ordered, I'll issue a full refund or send a replacement once I've confirmed the issue. I'll ask for a photo so I can make it right, and I'll cover the cost of return shipping with a prepaid label.
If you've changed your mind or the piece isn't the right fit, I'm happy to offer an exchange or store credit. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility in that case. I recommend using a trackable method, and I'll process your exchange or credit once the piece is back in its original condition.
🚫 Personalized & Custom Orders
Personalized and custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. If something goes wrong with a custom piece, please reach out, and I'll make it right.
📝 A Note on Condition
Returned items must be in their original condition. Buyers are responsible for any loss in value if an item is returned in a condition that prevents it from being resold.
