Our Story

Rainbow Charlie is a solo-run studio where whimsical, thoughtful gifts are designed, made, and shipped by me, one piece at a time.

Every product you see here begins as an idea and ends up in your hands after being carefully designed, created, assembled, and packed by yours truly. I work in small batches, intentionally and imperfectly, because handmade should feel human.

The name Rainbow Charlie holds deep meaning for me. It comes from a chapter of my life shaped by both love and loss. It is a reminder that even in the hardest moments, color, creativity, and hope still matter. This business exists as a way of honoring that truth without pretending things were ever easy or tidy.

While Rainbow Charlie is inspired by my family, it is very much a one-woman operation. I am the designer, maker, problem-solver, and late-night packer. Every order is handled with care because there is no assembly line here. It is just me, doing the work.

Rooted in the Pacific Northwest, my designs lean into playful details and small surprises, the kind that make a piece feel special the moment you notice them. Everything is made to be giftable, thoughtful, and easy to enjoy, whether you are buying for someone else or keeping something special for yourself.

Rainbow Charlie exists to make space for whimsy, meaning, and well-made things, even when life is complicated. Especially then.
